Looking for someone to take over my lease until July 2011. Pay no rent until Jan. 1st and get $40 off the original rent of $459. I found out I was pregnant after I signed the lease and my boyfriend just bought a house so I am moving in with him to save money. It is a 750 sqft 1/bedroom 1/bath on the second floor with a large balcony that connects to the living room and bedroom. Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher included. The apartment has a large livingroom, dining room, large bedroom and a kitchen with a bar. The apartment is in good condition,no bugs, kept clean, no stains on the carpet and do not smoke in the apartment. Central air and gas heating and water is not included. The complex is very quiet and my neighbors are very quiet and nice. I have lived here since July and have not had any problems. The leasing office is friendly and laid back and they are quick to respond to any problems you might have. The complex has a large fitness center, free tanning bed, pool and tennis courts. The complex is also close to Capital University and 70, 33 and 104. The qualifications to move in is that you have no felonies, no open bankruptcy and make 3 times the rent before taxes (financial aid included as income). They allow pets besides aggressive breeds.
