I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in August. I am moving out after Winter quarter from cal poly. You can move in over spring break and be ready for spring quarter. The lease ends in August so this room is either temporary spring/summer or you can renew the lease with the other two roommates in August! The house is located on 678 foothill blvd; 5 minute bike ride to cal poly and the bus stop is directly across the street, about a hundred feet away. Albertsons, the shack, cork n bottle, etc are all within a few minutes walk. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a garage. Both roommates are very mellow. One is graduating in june and neither will be at the house over summer, so you have the place to yourself. Also, if you know someone, you can easily have them move in after june. The rent is $700 and there is no down payment! I am willing to negotiate a price if you are interested. Utilities are pretty cheap (probably 75 a month) and the house is in great condition. Their are two rooms upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs room is the one being taken over and it is the quietest and you have access to your on backyard. I am willing to show you the house and introduce you to the roommates. If you are interested, all we have to do is go to the real estate agency downtown and sign the transfer of lease.
