Hello, I have a 2 bedroom apartment, located in East New York, Brooklyn, which is available on January 1st 2012. The rent for the apartment is $1500. The security deposit is $1500. I have included a copy of the craigslist posting and pictures not viewable on craigslist. If you have any questions, please email me. (i am willing to furnish the apartment for temporary housing). the apartment is 1500 square feet. there is a full bathroom, full kitchen, and a combined living room/dining room. the apartment is on the top / third floor. the house/ triplex is 4 years old. the rent includes heat and hot water. there is wall to wall carpeting on all the floors except the bathroom and kitchen areas. there is ample on the street parking is available. the apartment receives an enormous amount of sunlight. no smoking is allowed in the apartment. no pets are allowed in the apartment; i will make an exception for neutered felines. the neighborhood is quiet. the current tenant that i have now will move out on December 31st 2011. you can make an appointment to view the apartment if you are interested. the block consists of a community garden, multifamily homes, a condominium and a apartment complex. the house is in walking distance to the a/c euclid avenue, j/z/m norwood ave or cleveland st or crescent st, b13,b14,q7,q8. there are several laundromats in walking distance. there are numerous places of worship. the apartment is the Erskine/North Conduit Belt Parkway exit or the Cypress Hill street exit on the Jackie Robinson Expressway. the closest mall Spring creek mall; it is accessible by the b13 or the q8. i utilize a business to do a complete criminal/background/tenant history check (there is a $50 fee. the company requires submission of: a front and back copy of one month's salary, social security card, and a drivers license must be provided). I will provide a copy of the report supplied by the company. the application is attached. |
