I am moving from a wonderful apartment but my lease has not expired and they said that if I can find new tenant, I don't need to pay until my lease expires. Therefore, I wanted to help the apartment managers to find a tenant to my place.

It has a great view seen in pictures. Sunset, sunrise, moonlight, lafayette river and lots of trees are on the view from large windows.

Spacious, carpet floors, oven and fridge in the kitchen, one bathroom, one big room. This is an efficiency apartment but like studio. rent includes electricity and you should pay 30-40 bucks for water and for internet-TV. Maintenance of the house is free and free pesticide treatment (but there no bugs in the house it is so clean).

rent is $850 with one year lease but if you can leave earlier, find a new tenant so you don't have to pay the rest like me. You should have a good credit history to rent ! The rent also includes a deposit like $80.

This apartment is PET FRIENDLY !!!!! Maximum two pets are allowed with $20 monthly fee plus $200 deposit.

The personnel working in the apartment is so friendly, community is great, neighbours are perfect, no noise in the house, very quiet. Very elegant community and very secure. The building has a security every night until 12 and the main door can only be opened with a special electronic key.

The building has washer dryers that works with $ 1.60.
