I have 1 bedroom apartment at The province that I need to release as soon as possible because I'm participating in a study abroad program this Summer. I am desperate to release my apartment so much so that I've reduced the price, $100 off the 1st months rent. The apartment is 600 SqFt and has: � FULL KITCHEN WITH REFRIGERATOR, OVEN, MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER � INDIVIDUAL LOCKING BEDROOM DOORS � PANIC BUTTONS � FULL-SIZE WASHER AND DRYER � FULLY FURNISHED � HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, CABLE TELEVISION & BASE UTILITIES INCLUDED �CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT � COURTESY OFFICERS WHOM ARE VERY TENATIVE � APARTMENT IS WITHIN 5 MINS OF 3 EXPRESS WAYS. Amenities � LARGE LAKE AND SWIMMING POOL �MEDIA AND GAMING THEATER WITH WII, XBOX AND PS3, THAT YOU CAN RESERVE FOR WHENEVER YOU WANT �PERSONAL SECURE MAILBOX �COMPUTER ROOM WITH FREE PRINTING �7,400 SQ. FT. CLUBHOUSE WITH THEATER, POKER TABLES, FOOSBALL, BILLIARD TABLE AND LOUNGE �OUTDOOR GRILLS � LARGE, WELL-EQUIPPED FITNESS CENTER - TELEVISIONS ON TREADMILLS AND ELLIPTICALS. �YARD GAMES �SAND VOLLEYBALL The province is student apartments with great amenties. YOU MUST BE A STUDENT ATTENDING COLLEGE in Kentucky or Indiana in order to live here. The Province will work with students financial aid. The month of April would be prorated if moved in this month otherwise it would be $920/month. If you have bad credit or no credit you can still live here with a co-signer, but YOU MUST HAVE A COSIGNER. In my case of the 1st year I rented, I had to pay 1st month and last months rent because my cosigner didn't have good credit. There is also a $99 application fee. If you choose to rent the apartment you will also have to get renters insurance but it's not expensive at all. After signing the lease, you can move in 1 week due to repainting and cleaning. The lease would end the last day of July but you also have the option to renew the lease for another year.
