Wrigleyville/Lakeview Apt. for rent (sublet). Beautiful apartment in the northern part of Wrigleyville, right off the red line (5 minute walk). With exposed brick and hardwood floors, this apartment is quaint, cozy, and a must have for anyone who likes to be close to the lake. The apartment is pet friendly, I had a 20 lb dog living with me, but cats are welcome as well. Many bus routes, including the 151 and 147 are accessible, just a few steps away. Lakefront and Montrose harbor are an 8 minute walk to the east. Restaurants, bars, and stores are close enough to walk to: Byron's, Holiday Club, dive bar Wrigleyville North, Target, Jewel, and many others. Wrigley field is a 10 minute walk south. Inside the apartment is a walk-thru kitchen, living room with large windows overlooking the courtyard and a built in tabletop bar. The bedroom fits up to a king size bed with room for a dresser, shelves, etc. The bathroom is also with a closet and plenty of storage space. Laundry on site, just one floor down on the ground floor. All amenities are included in the rent, except for electricity. The contract lasts until August 2013. You would sign a sublet contract with the management company, not with myself, the previous renter. I love this apartment, but after graduating I am on my way to North Carolina for a job. |
