I am going to be transferring this fall, but needing someone to take over my lease at The Grove Valdosta. It is a very nice complex, very peaceful through the week and not too noisy on weekends full of college students. It is fully furnished with a washer, dryer, full sized bed, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, walk in closet, full bathroom, desk,night stand, and dresser. Entire apartment is carpeted with sofa, ottoman, and comfy chair in living area. Also includes dinner table and chairs. Front door has a special key that only goes to your door so apartment is very secure. There is a $30 cap for utilities in your rent so as long as you dont turn the air on and off all the time or wash clothes 24/7 and not leave your lights on ALL THE TIME you will never have an overage(we have only had an overage twice over a 12 month spand and noting about $5). I live with 2 other Roommates on Second floor but 1 will also be moving out. No worries about someone being late on rent. Everyone is on individual leases. Also you can have animals in this complex.
